The Gondolier is a monthly publication by the student journalists at Nichols Middle School, which is nestled in the city by the lake in Evanston, Illinois. The youth are led by their tireless yet perpetually haggard leader, Mr. Kim. The staff meet a few times per month to discuss, cajole, and wittily banter amongst each other about all the news related events under the sun: politics, fashion, food, sportsball, entertainment, et al.
